In terms of Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, Monitor and Report trading by an Insider and Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 (As amended time to time), and 'BIL Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading", we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company shall remain closed for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022.
