Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, the Trading Window for carrying out transaction in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Saturday, 01st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2023. The date of the Board Meeting to approve & consider the Audited financial results for the quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2023, shall be intimated in due course of time.
