Bhudevi Infra Projects Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, 22nd May, 2023, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. In continuation to our previous intimation of closure of trading window, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed till 24th May, 2023 which is 48 hours after the said Board Meeting.
