Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2020 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited / Un-Audited Financial Results (as the case may be) for the quarter ended 31st March, 2020, 30th June, 2020 and 30th September, 2020 ". i.e. (Non Trading Period). <BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. <BR> <BR> The date of the Board meeting to consider, inter alia, Audited Financial Results and Un-Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2020 and for the quarters thereafter shall be intimated separately in due course. <BR> <BR>
