<BR> This is with reference to the BSE Circular Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE Circular Ref No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated 02.04.2019, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) w.e.f January 1, 2021 for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020.<BR> The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020, become generally available <BR> This is for your information and records.<BR>
