This is to inform that as per Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons ('the Code'), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain close for the Designated Persons covered under the said Code of the Company with effect from 1st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
