This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 11th May, 2022 has, inter alia, considered and approved re-appointment of M/s. V. Sankar Aiyar & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 109208W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second term of 5 (five) consecutive years, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read along withSEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure-1.
