Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that RCCPL Private Limited (RCCPL), wholly owned material subsidiary of the Company has acquired the mining rights comprising of 889.760 Hectares at Katni, Madhya Pradesh pursuant to a Tripartite Agreement executed with the Government of Madhya Pradesh and M/s. Sanghi Infrastructure M.P. Limited. RCCPL has acquired 100% equity shares of M/s. Sanghi Infrastructure M.P. Limited . Accordingly, M/s. Sanghi Infrastructure M.P. Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of RCCPL and a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 12th May, 2023.
