| BIRLA PRECISION TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 08th August, 2022 at First Floor, Dalamal House Nariman Point Mumbai - 400021, to approve & take on record, inter alia the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. As informed earlier and in accordance with the Company''s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window is going to remain closed from 1st July, 2022 to 08th August, 2022 (both days inclusive).
