Dear Sir/Madam, We wish to inform that, the 'Foundry Division' of our Company, with its unit situated at Waluj, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, has initiated lockout at the end of business hours on 31st January, 2023. Also, the Company would like to inform, that there would be no effect on the performances of the rest of the units of the Company. Further in terms with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 the additional information required is given in the Annexure I This is for your information and records.
