Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A (13) of Part A in Schedule III and any other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company was held today i.e. Tuesday, 29th December, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) and/or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in terms of the framework prescribed by the General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 05th May, 2020 read with General Circular No. 14/2020 dated 08th April, 2020 and also the General Circular No. 17/2020 dated 13th April, 2020 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI Circular dated 12th May, 2020 ("Circulars") and was concluded at 03:40 p.m. [including time allowed for e-voting at AGM]. <BR> <BR> The requisite quorum was present.
