| Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today considered and approved, inter alia, the following:<BR> <BR> 1. The Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter and half year ended 30thSeptember, 2020. <BR> <BR> 2. Limited Review Report on the aforesaid Results from the auditors of the Company placed before the Board of Directors of the Company (copy enclosed); <BR> <BR> 3. Appointment of M/s. Valawat & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 003623C) as Statutory Auditors of the Company subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR> <BR> The Board Meeting commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded on 5.50 p.m. <BR> Kindly take the same on your records & oblige.<BR> | |
