we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e., Monday, 23rd February, 2026, at the Registered Office of the Company situated at 15, Ashwamegh Warehouses, Ujala Circle, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad, Dascroi, Gujarat, India - 382 210, which commenced at 03:30 P.M. and concluded at 04:00 P.M., has considered, approved, and allotted 3,44,000 (Three Lakhs Forty-Four Thousand) Convertible Warrants ('Warrants') allottee belonging to the Promoter and Promoter Group Category, on a preferential basis.
