Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, NSE and BSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 and LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 respectively dated 2nd April, 2019, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders including Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Friday, 01st April, 2022 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2022 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
