Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities, the Company has decided that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Insiders covered under Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities will be closed from Thursday, April 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. <BR> The above closure has been intimated based on BSE Circular no. LIST /COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 - Clarification regarding trading restriction period and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
