This is to inform you that in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated persons and immediate relatives of the Designated persons with effect from Friday, October 01, 2021 till completion of 48 hours after the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2021 generally made available to the public.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board Meeting to consider the said un- audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2021 shall be intimated separately in due course.<BR> <BR> This information is being informed to the Designated Persons (Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel and relevant employees etc.) and immediate relatives of the Designated Persons in accordance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of the Company.
