We wish to inform you that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in terms of the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window of the company for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain close with immediate effect from 1st April, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2022.
