This is to inform that the pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (PIT Regulations), and in terms of the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries of the Company. The ''Trading Window'' for trading in the equity shares of BMW Industries Limited shall remain closed from Friday, September 30, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2022.
