With reference to the subject cited, this is to inform that the Register of Members and the Share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 16th July, 2022 to 22nd July, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of dividend and Annual General Meeting which is scheduled to be held on 22nd, July, 2022 at 10.00 a m through Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means. Further 15th July, 2022 is fixed as cut-off date for e-voting in connection with the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Evoting Schedule: Commencement of remote e-voting : From 9.00 a.m. (IST) on July 19th , 2022. End of remote e-voting : At 5.00 p.m. (IST) on July 21st 2022.
