This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Corporation's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window in respect of the Corporation's securities will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Corporation for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021.
