| This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Corporation at its meeting held today, i.e. 13th August, 2022, considered and approved Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Corporation for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, statement showing Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2022 along with the Limited Review Reports thereon are enclosed herewith. Further, pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Corporation would be publishing extract of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
