This refers to the filing made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI(SAST) Regulations, 2011 by Baymanco Investments Limited, a Wholly Owned Step-Down Foreign Subsidiary of the Corporation with regards to the acquisition of 2,00,000(3.48%) Shares(copy enclosed) of National Peroxide Limited by way of Block Deal from the existing promoters by way of inter-se transfer of shares. Pursuant to the said acquisition the Total Holding of the Corporation along with Baymanco has increased from 18.92% to 22.40%. Kindly take the same on record.
