| Further to our letter dated 21st March, 2023 and 24th March, 2023, we wish to inform you that the Debenture Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Corporation (`Committee') has approved an issue of 500 Fully Paid, Rated Secured, Unlisted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each aggregating to Rs. 50 crores (Rupees Fifty Crores only) for cash, at par; on private placement basis. Further, the Debenture Issue Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, 28th March, 2023 to consider the allotment. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/ 2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in Annexure A to this letter. | |
