Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice of The Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Limited ("Corporation") dated 23rd September 2024 along with the explanatory statement for seeking the approval of the members of the Corporation for appointment of Mr. Keki Manchersha Elavia (DIN: 00003940) as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Corporation. The Corporation has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited ("NSDL"). The remote e-voting period shall commence at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 24th September 2024 and shall end at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 23rd October 2024.
The Notice has been sent electronically to members on email id registered with the Corporation/RTA/Depository as on Friday, 20th September, 2024.
