This has reference to your email dated Sep 11, 2023 regarding significant movement in price of our security. We would like to clarify that there has been no announcement from our end in the immediate past that could have a bearing on the price. Also at the moment, there is no impending announcement that we would like to make to the exchange which would have a material impact on the price in our scrip. We believe that the increase in price may be purely due to the market conditions and is absolutely market driven. We are always committed to comply with all the requirements of SEBI LODR and would like to ensure that in future when any announcement/ disclosure may be required as per Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR 2015, it shall be disclosed to the Stock Exchange immediately.
