Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, this is to inform that Mr. S. Ragothaman (DIN 00042395) has completed his second term as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company on 7th August, 2022 and consequently he ceases to be a Director and Member of all the Committees of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 7th August, 2022. The Company places on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Mr. S. Ragothaman during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
