With reference to the above cited subject and our disclosure dated 13th September, 2023 and 16th October, 2023 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 regarding sale/disposal of land of the Company pursuant to the approval of the shareholders received at their Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 11th October, 2023, this is to inform you that the Company has today i.e. 13th August, 2024, consummated and executed the definitive agreements with Goisu Realty Private Limited (a subsidiary of Sumitomo Realty & Development Company Limited) thereto for Phase-II. The Company has received the consideration of Rs. 537. 78 Crores in total thereby completing the transaction of sale of land at Worli.
