| This is to inform you in terms of Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations, that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Bombay Oxygen Investments Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Monday, 23rd May, 2022 inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2022 and recommendation of Dividend, if any. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, read with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company has been closed for all the Designated/ Connected Persons of the Company with effect from 01.04.2022 till 25.05.2022 (both days inclusive). The Trading window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall reopen from 26.05.2022. We request to take the above information on record. | |
