Bombay Oxygen Investments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, has been closed for all the Designated/ Connected Persons of the Company, with effect from 01.07.2022 till 13.08.2022 (both days inclusive). The Trading window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall reopen from 14.08.2022. We request to take the above information on record.
