With reference to the subject captioned above, please note that the 29th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday,30th September, 2022 at 4.00 p.m through Video Conferencing (VC)/other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with all applicable provision of the Companies Act, 2013 and other relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate affairs (MCA) and Securities and exchanges Board of India (SEBI). The Company has fixed the date i.e Saturday, 17th September, 2022 as the cut-off date for the purpose of determining the members those who are eligible to cast their votes by electronic means or during the AGM. The E-voting period commences on Tuesday, 27th September, 2022 (9.00 a.m. IST) and ends on Thursday, 29th September, 2022 (5.00 p.m. IST).
