This is to inform you that Bombay Talkies Limited has received an intimation today from a family member of the Statutory Auditor that Shri Saurindra Nath Chakrabarty, the Statutory Auditor of the Company has expired on April 02, 2023. The family informed that they were in grief and were not aware about the clients of the demised Statutory Auditor. The Company's officials were trying to contact the demised Statutory Auditor since May 19, 2023, but were not able to connect with him. Only after they visited the residence of the demised Statutory Auditor, were they made aware of the sudden and unfortunate demise of Shri Saurindra Nath Chakrabarty. In the light of the above, the Board has decided to postpone its meeting to be held on May 29, 2023 till further notice. The Board will endeavour to fill the casual vacancy created due to the demise of the Statutory Auditor as soon as possible and meet to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2023.
