This is to inform you that in terms of the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities' adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with amendments thereto and further referring to the clarifications regarding trading restriction period given by NSE vide letter dated April 02, 2019 vide Ref No: NSE/ CML/2019/11 and BSE vide its letter dated April 02, 2019 vide Ref No: LIST/ COMP/01/2019-20, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated/Connected Persons from July 01, 2020 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.<BR> The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 shall be intimated to you separately.<BR> You are requested to take note of the same.<BR>
