Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Credit rating assigned to Bank facilities of Borosil Glass Works Limited - since renamed as Borosil Renewables Limited (the Company) by ICRA Limited have been withdrawn by them, due to transfer of said facilities of the Company to Borosil Limited, Resulting Company, pursuant to Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement approved by NCLT, Mumbai bench on January 15, 2020.<BR> <BR> The Company is in process of obtaining Credit rating for its Bank facilities, which have been transferred to it from erstwhile Gujarat Borosil Limited, which once we receive, will communicate to you.<BR> <BR> This is for your kind information and record.<BR>
