With reference to above subject, we would like to inform you that our company is listed on the SME Platform of BSE and pursuant to Regulation 15 (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Corporate Governance Provisions including regulation 23 as prescribed under Regulation 15 (2), shall not apply to our Company. Accordingly, the Company is not required to submit the Related Party Transaction disclosures as required under Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 31st March, 2022.
