Please take note that in pursuance to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as adopted by the Company and in terms of the Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 issued by BSE Limited circular dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01st July 2022 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The date of the Board meeting to consider the announcement of aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results shall be intimated in the course of time, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
