Please take note that in pursuance to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as adopted by the Company and in terms of the Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 issued by BSE Limited circular dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 01st January 2023 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022.
