With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to apprise your good self that our company has a Paid-up Share Capital is Rs. 3,00,03,000 (less than stipulated Rs.10 crore) and Net Worth of the Company as on previous Financial Year i.e. March 31, 2022 was Rs. 7 ,22,04,000 (less than stipulated Rs. 25 crore). Therefore, the requirement for filing of Annual Secretarial Compliance report is not applicable on the Company as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as the paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees Ten Crore and net worth not exceeding rupees Twenty-Five Crore, as on the last day of the previous financial.
