| With reference to the Notice issued on November 04, 2020, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 12, 2020 have inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> In terms of the above, we are enclosing herewith the following:<BR> <BR> 1. Unaudited financial results of the Company and Unaudited Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 under Ind AS, which have been approved and taken on record at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today.<BR> <BR> 2. Limited Review Report pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, for Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 from our Statutory Auditors.<BR> <BR> 3. Approved to convene the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company. | |
