In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and the Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 30th June, 2022 for all designated persons as defined under the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insiders and will be open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results.
