Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended form time to time and as per BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2nd, 2019 we would like to inform your good self that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated persons shall remain closed from April 01, 2022 till 48 hours of the declaration of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2022. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2022 will be intimated in due course. Kindly take the same on your records.
