This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Brisk Technovision Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, November 14, 2025 at 11:00 AM (IST), had approved the following matters:
1. Appointment of Ms. Ekta Agarwal (ACS 72282) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/ CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 with respect to the appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer are enclosed as an Annexure below.
