Re-appointed Mr. Keki Elavia (DIN: 00003940) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of two (2) years with effect from 7th August, 2022 upto 6th August, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. ? Approved the appointment of BDO India LLP, as Internal Auditors of the Company for F.Y. 2022-23 in place of M/s. Ernst & Young, LLP, upon the end of their current term of appointment for FY 2021-22.
