This is to draw your attention that pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated 16th March, 2023, the company is sending letter to its shareholders holding physical shares through Registered Post who have yet not updated their PAN, KYC, Nomination, Bank Account Details or Specimen Signature. The requisite standardized Forms for the aforesaid purposes are available on the website of the Company i.e. www.bslltd.com under the Investors section. The copy of intimation being sent to physical shareholders is attached for reference.
