| BURNPUR CEMENT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 29th May, 2023, inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023. Further as per Company's Code of Conduct framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) and with reference to our notice dated 30th March, 2023 of Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company was closed from 1st April, 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. up to 31st May, 2023 (both days inclusive).
