In continuation of our letter dated 22.11.2024, we wish to inform you that the Resolution as proposed in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 11.11.2024, have been passed by Members of the Company with Requisite majority on 23.12.2024, being the last date of remote e-voting.
In this connection, please find enclosed the following:
a) The Scrutinizer''s Report dated 24.12.2024
b) Voting result of the postal ballot by way of remote e-voting as required under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (LODR)
The voting result and the scrutinizer''s report is being made available on the website of the Company i.e. www.burnpurcement.com and also be made available on the website of the NSDL
