This is in continuation to our communication dated 04.11.2024, wherein we have informed that Hon''ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench, has vide his order dated 30.10.2024 (Ref: C.P. No. 1065/KB/2020 under Section 66 of the Companies Act, 2013) has approved the reduction of total issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company.
In pursuance of the said order Company has filed the order with Registrar of Companies on 19.12.2024 and also has published the required Notice mentioning the Minutes of the order as sanctioned /approved by NCLT, in two newspaper i.e. Business Standard in English and Ekdin in Bengali on 30.12.2024.
