| Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter / Half Year ended on September 30, 2021 and to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.<BR><BR>Further as informed vide the Company's communication dated September 30, 2021, pursuant to the amended (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares by the designed persons of the Company and their immediate relatives remains closed from October 01, 2021 to October 29, 2021 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. | |
