| CALCOM VISION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/12/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 8th day of December, 2021 for considering following:<BR> <BR> Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company;<BR> Fund raising through issuance of securities of the Company by way of a preferential issue subject to the further approvals as required; <BR> Expansion of Employee Stock Options Pool.<BR> Any other matter as the board may deem required.<BR> <BR> Further, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons shall remain closed from the close of business hours of Friday, December 3, 2021, till 48 hours after the outcome of the Board Meeting are made public in terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. | |
