To consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> Further to our letter dated 30th December, 2020, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in the Company''s Equity shares by the designated persons and/or their immediate relatives has already been closed w.e.f. 1st January, 2021 and that the same shall open on 8th February, 2021.
