| CAN FIN HOMES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/12/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, inter-alia, to consider the proposal of payment of ''Interim Dividend'', if any, for financial year 2021-22 and to fix ''Record date'' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. For this purpose, ''Trading Window'' under Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, will be closed from December 09, 2021, and it will be reopened after the end of 48 hours after the announcement of decisions of Board of Directors on December 14, 2021. This may please be treated as intimation under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations<BR> and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. | |
